Instagram & Facebook Giveaways Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Skip Glow Boost Giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above, residing in the United States. . 
  2. Sponsor: This Giveaway is sponsored by Skip Nutrition Co.
  3. Agreement to the Official Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Skip Nutrition Co as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
  4. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on March 22nd, 2024, at 10:00 AM PST, and ends on March 29th, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
  5. How to Enter: The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize:

Prizes: Three (3) winners will be selected to receive a 2-month supply of Skip Glow Boost, and two (2) winners will be selected to receive a 1-month supply of Skip Glow Boost. Actual/appraised value of the prize may differ at the time of prize award and the Sponsor reserves to right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value, should the original prize offered be no longer available. 
  7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly chosen from eligible entries and notified via Instagram Direct Message within 5 days after the giveaway ends. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected. 
  8. Prize Claim: To claim their prize, winners must provide their full name, shipping address, and any other required information within 3 days of being notified. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 
  9. Rights Granted by You: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Skip Nutrition Co. the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, You understand and agree that Skip Nutrition Co, anyone acting on behalf of Skip Nutrition Co, and Skip Nutrition Co’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
  10. General Terms and Conditions: Skip Nutrition Co. reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating the terms and conditions. The company also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud or technical issues. Skip Nutrition Co reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Skip Nutrition Co’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
  11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Skip Nutrition Co. from any liability, loss, or damages arising out of or relating to their participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. 
  12. Privacy Policy: Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be subject to Skip Nutrition Co.'s privacy policy.
