I was horribly sick when my order came, so I had to wait a bit to actually get to try it and I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the pouch. The mix is so smooth and it smells just amazing. I dont have one of those cute little mixers, so I just mix the old fashioned way - with a fork! and it comes out perfectly.

I was looking for a product that would allow me to easily consume supergreens and collagen and I think I have found it! It dissolves quite easily in any beverage, has a pleasant berry flavor that's not overwhelming, and makes me feel that I am doing something very good for myself. Collagen comes from the Greek word 'kolla', meaning glue - and that is what collagen is, the glue that holds the structure of your whole body together, from your tendons, joints, skin, hair, nails, down to the cells that make up all your organs.
Our bodies make collagen when we are young, but natural production slows down as we age so we must consume it as food.

At what age should I start using collagen supplements?
Collagen is like a 'glue' that holds the body together - from joints cartilage, gut and skin, it's collagen that supports structural integrity.
