This is a great-tasting collagen drink supplement. You can use it in Hot or Cold beverages! I use it in a cold beverage when I am making a smoothie. Add a Scoop or Sachet to your 8 Ounce drink! I like that it is unflavored and you can add your own flavors.

At what age should I start using collagen supplements?
Collagen is like a 'glue' that holds the body together - from joints cartilage, gut and skin, it's collagen that supports structural integrity.
Natural collagen production starts to decline in your 20s, so we recommend starting supplementation then, unless you are getting a good amount of collagen from food sources like bone broth and cooked meats made from the whole animal.
